Watch this ~unplanned and impromptu paparazzi vid~ (ugh they as SO tiresome, why can't they leave us alone?) for gems such as ONTD mascots for loathsomeness Jon and Hailey "thank god" for being away from the fam and how rocker girls who "have it all" pick Ed Hardy as their choice of clothing brand of choice, respectively.
I wish I could embed this whore. I tried.
Between Kate’s loud red leather jacket and Jon’s newly pierced ears, these reality “stars” are some of the worst style offenders I have seen. I just don’t understand why they keep making headlines for their “style.” As if that’s a positive thing.
We already know all about Kate’s wacky hair, of which she famously said, “Everybody wants it.”
Don’t get me started on that one.
Now it’s Jon’s turn in the “style” spotlight. He just got back from the French Riviera, where he and his new girlfriend partied with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier on his yacht. There was talk that Jon was teaming up with the designer to create and design a kids line, but the Ed Hardy folks have since denied a collaboration is in the works.
Why on earth would Jon even be CONSIDERED to design a line for others when, in my oh-so-humble opinion, he isn’t exactly a fashion plate himself. His backwards baseball caps, ripped jeans and the pierced ears scream mid-life crisis.
He used to dress like a regular guy, like a regular dad, but he’s let fame go to his head… and his wardrobe. Now with all his flashy clothes, he is dressing more like a frat boy than a 32-year-old father of eight. At least his adorable kids still dress age appropriately, like cute, normal kids. Let’s hope they stay that way.

David Heyman Talks Deathly Hallows
As one of the producers of the “Harry Potter” films, David Heyman has done the impossible - he made the beloved books work brilliantly as standalone movies. And the most recent - “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” - is getting some of the best reviews yet. In fact, many have called it the best of the series.
Anyway, while “Half-Blood Prince” has just been released, David and the “Potter” team have been hard at work for the past three months on the final film, which is being released as a two-parter in November 2010 and July 2011. Since he was cool to talk about everything, we spent almost thirty minutes discussing all three films.
After the jump you can read about changes from the book to the screen, deleted scenes, the running time for “Deathly Hallows”, will there be a trailer for part two on part one, how long will the final battle be in part two, what else he’s producing, and a lot more! It’s a great interview and a must-read if you’re a “Harry Potter” fan.

Zac Efron stays warm by squeezing into a neoprene wetsuit during several boat rides on Thursday (July 16) in Vancouver, Canada.
The 21-year-old actor, who wore a pair of Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses, is training in preparation for his new movie, The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud. Spotted on the boat is a little boy who looks like Zac’s mini-me. Same hair-cut!
Zac took safety precautions and wore a buoyancy vest (life jacket). He reportedly took scuba diving lessons but these pictures don’t show any scuba equipment.

Tonight during her concert in Udine just before "You Must Love Me" Madonna in tears said a few words about the tragedy that occurred in Marseille this afternoon:
"Before I continue the show I want to take a moment to acknowledge and pay tribute to two people who lost their lives today. I don't know if you've heard. Two men building my show in Marseille where we're going next - the crane fell and we don't know why. (Madonna names them). I hate to be associated with suffering. I want to pay tribute to their families. Let's take a moment to appreciate our family, loved ones, friends around us".
Madonna cried throughout ''You Must Love Me'' and before "Ray of Light' she once again paid tribute to the two men saying "Let's give it up for the two Charlies".

According to director Chris Weitz Thom Yorke is interested to be included on the soundtrack for ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’.
New Moon is the sequel to cinema blockbuster ‘Twilight’. The movie featured Radiohead’s ‘15 Step’ in the closing credits of the film. The movie, which is opening in US theatres in November, 2009 features a score by Alexandre Desplat. While director Weitz is filming the final scenes, he told Rotten Tomatoes that they’ve just started to put together what bands are going to be on the soundtrack.
Weitz said that Thom Yorke and Kings of Leon are in talks to appear on the soundtrack. “We’ve got Alexandre Desplat, who I think is one of the greatest film composers living, and because of the strength of the franchise that I inherited, a lot of bands are really interested in working on the soundtrack. (…) Fortunately, I’m not at the stage where I have to turn anybody down yet, because everything is still kind of up in the air,” Weitz shared, “but I am surprised at some of the bands that have said they’re interested. It’s kind of great. The criterion will still always be what’s right for the movie at that given moment, but Thom Yorke is interested; we might, if we’re very lucky, get Kings of Leon to do something… it’s exciting to be able to have access to this kind of talent.”

By all accounts, Jackson matriarch Katherine Jackson has been the rock for family members – including Michael's three children – in the weeks since the King of Pop's death. Now, it's her turn to grieve.
"It's finally hit her," says a source close to the family. "She's been crying a lot. Her eyes are constantly red. She can't believe Michael is gone."
While Prince Michael I, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II ["Blanket"], 7, remain surrounded by cousins at the Jackson family home in Encino – having summer funtime that includes swimming and water balloon fights – Katherine is struggling to hide her sorrow, says the source.
"She feels horrible for those children," the source says of Katherine, who was awarded temporary custody of the children pending a hearing scheduled for July 20 [and was named in Michael's will as his pick for primary guardian]. "[But] she's determined to remain strong for them."
The source says Katherine is fiercely protective of all her family.
"She is very upset about all the Joe bashing and all the things that are being said about him," says the source. "Michael's kids love Grandpa Joe. Hearing him trashed makes Katherine really angry."

Drake is without a doubt one of the hottest newcomers this year and MTV's Mixtape Daily stamped Drake's mixtape So Far Gone as the best mixtape of 2009 so far based on the impact and quality.
"I'm honored by the accolade given to me by Mixtape Daily and just by all the stuff that's going on," Drake said about getting the nod. "I feel like I just spent a lot of years so in tune with music that I really love. Whether it be R&B, whether it be jazz, whether it be rap, whatever. I think So Far Gone was me finding myself as a person and then finding a way to balance all these things that I love and figuring out truly what it is that I'm good at. I think once you find a rhythm or a formula as an artist, it starts to connect with people. You know, people are like, 'OK, he's doing his thing.' That's important to do your thing. You can't be doing what so-and-so is doing or do something that doesn't fit you. ... The best part about finding that rhythm was just being honest. Honesty, you know, rapping about my life and things that occur on a daily basis. So when I draw inspiration, I really can draw from my life, not go make something up or hear someone else's story. "
"I can just live and then write," he added. "And so that really makes my musical process very easy and gratifying. It's been dope. So for people to respond to that mixtape was a great thing."
When asked if Drake ever had thoughts about giving the tape out for free instead of selling it, he said, "I think that's what we're working on right now. Best I Ever Had is doing amazing on iTunes. But [the mixtape] was an important moment for me. So no, I don't ever look at it and say, 'I wish that was an album.' It was important that it was a mixtape, 'cause if it was an album, I don't know if it would've had the same impact. I think the fact that I gave that for free, it was kind of brazen, like, 'What? What do you have in your collection, in your catalog, to be able to throw this out there?' And just while we were creating it, it was all of us, you know? Me, 40, Oliver and everyone else involved. It was us, just having fun in a stress-free environment, because we knew we were going to give it away. So I am hoping to bring that same energy to the album. It's harder, because you know that it's your album. You know people have to go buy it and they have to support it or else you're not going to live up to the expectations, but hopefully we can channel that same energy into this project."
Drake's debut album, Thank Me Later, is scheduled to hit stores later this year.

Move over Pixie Geldof and Daisy Lowe, luxury label Pringle has appointed Tilda Swinton as its new brand ambassador.
The Oscar winning actress and one time Viktor & Rolf muse will star in a series of new ads for the label shot in Scotland, the home of Pringle and also where Tilda herself lives.
Photographer Ryan McGinley has created the campaign images along with a short film that will premiere at London Fashion Week in September.
Pringle announced last month that to mark the 25th anniversary of LFW it would move it's catwalk show to London, from it's usual spot at Milan Fashion week.

Tilda Swinton Takes Cinema on "A Pilgrimage"
Last summer the Oscar-winning actor Tilda Swinton and film critic Mark Cousins held a film festival in the town of Nairn, on Moray Firth, Scotland. The venue was a former ballroom with beanbags for seats; entry was free if you brought cakes.
From 1-9 August, the pair are planning a festival just as quixotic. With the help, they hope, of volunteers, they will be physically pulling a mobile 80-seat cinema, decorated to resemble a Christmas tree bauble, from Kinlochlevan, on Scotland's west coast, to Nairn on the east, showing films in villages along the way.

Tony Hale wants Buster Bluth's hook again
Tony Hale is ready for the "Arrested Development" movie.
"I want to wear Buster's hand again," he told me during a phone interview on Thursday. "I want to wear the hook again."
Hale was on a call with journalists promoting his new Web series at nbc.com, "Ctrl," but I had to ask him about the film version of the cult TV series in which he played Buster Bluth, the socially inept and panic-attack prone youngest Bluth brother whose left hand was bitten off by a seal.
"We all want it to happen," he said of the cast members and the show's creator, Mitchell Hurwitz. "It's just a matter of getting everybody's schedule together. Everybody's kind of doing their own thing."
He said coordinating the schedules of so many cast members--Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, Will Arnett, Jeffrey Tambor, David Cross, Alia Shawkat, Portia de Rossi, Jessica Walter and Justin Lee--is 'kind of a feat."
"But we're definitely all on board and the script is supposedly in the works," he said. "We all want it to happen, so we'll see--hopefully."
Hale does know that he will be returning to "Chuck" next season, saying that filming for the NBC comedy begins Aug. 6. He plays Emmett Milbarge, who took over the Buy More temporarily and caused all kinds of trouble for Chuck, Big Mike, Morgan, Lester and Jeff.
"I don't really know where the storyline is going, but I know I'm doing the first episode," Hale said. "I don't know what's going to happen to Emmett. He's obviously caused some drama in the Buy More, so we'll see what happens to him."

Australian baby face Xavier Samuel has been cast in Eclipse, the third flick in the Twilight franchise.
“I don’t have any facial hair, so it will be a while before I play the gruff leading man,” Xavier has said. “Maybe one day I’ll get to play my actual age. For now my baby face has condemned me to play the teenager.”
According to THR, Xavier, 25, will play newborn vampire Riley, a good-looking college student who joins the plot of villain Victoria to murder protagonist Bella (Kristen Stewart). Riley is corrupted by Victoria, for whom he has an inexplicable weakness.
Eclipse stars shooting next month in Vancouver.

Dane Cook Turned Away From Harry Potter Movie
Fame has its privileges but getting special treatment at the red-hot new Harry Potter is not one of those privileges.
At least not for Dane Cook!
The comedian wanted to see a midnight showing of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince at The Grove in Los Angeles Tuesday night but there was an extremely long line, with many people having already waited hours. Dane walked past everyone in line and some might say demanded, but we’ll be polite and say asked, for ticket to the show and to be let in early so he could get good seats.
The employees turned him down and said they just couldn’t do it. Dane was furious and stormed away.
Trust us, we know it’s true because we were right there and sadly, didn’t get in either!
